The Role

We\'re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator – Operations & Delivery Support to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced technology business.

In this role, you\'ll play a key part in helping our teams deliver high-quality projects by coordinating logistics, supporting communication, and keeping everything on track. You\’ll work closely with sales, technical, and client teams, learning the ins and outs of project delivery in a tech-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into project management or operations, especially in the technology or cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings, technical sessions, and project milestones.
• Help track project progress and follow up on tasks and timelines.
• Support internal teams and clients by preparing documentation and ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools and reports.
• Help organise demos and support sales/pre-sales activities.
• Identify and flag any delays or issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to improve delivery processes as we grow.

• Familiarity with basic project or task management tools (e.g., MS Teams, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

• Some exposure to tech environments (cybersecurity, SaaS, energy, or data centers).
• Interest in learning about technical delivery or project management methodologies.
• Experience in a client-facing or support role (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or coursework projects).
• Awareness of technical sales or pre-sales concepts.
