Job summary

Colorido Studios in Twickenham on the jungle paradise of Eel Pie Island seeks a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support delivery across brand and web projects. You’ll work with the creative directors to keep timelines, stakeholders and suppliers aligned, from launch through to delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a project management role, a degree, and strong communication. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the studio and 2 days at home with pension, holidays and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a project management role.
• Degree level education preferred.
• Confident communication with clients and team members.
• Develop and manage project timelines and resource plans.
• Define scopes, goals, KPI’s and deliverables for projects.
• Engage in planning, execution and delivery from initiation to closure.
• Great organisational skills and calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of web standards, accessibility and best practices.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Airtable or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Colorido Studios is an independent creative consultancy based in Twickenham on the jungle paradise of Eel Pie Island. About the job

Following some substantial recent wins, we are now looking for a diligent and motivated Junior / Associate Project Coordinator to join our studio team. Working alongside the Colorido creative directors, the role will focus on helping to ensure the smooth running of studio projects from launch through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career looking to work in the creative industry. Someone who has an eye on design & culture, enjoys working with people and wants to play a key role in delivering impactful projects within a collaborative and creative environment. This role involves overseeing multiple studio projects, both brand and web, and communicating in a timely way with stakeholders, developers and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm and energy, along with a self‑starting, get‑it‑done mentality. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys obsessing over plans, lists and timelines. You’re the kind of person who makes agendas for holidays and nights out, someone who is patient and organised, cool under fire and hates lateness in any form, but mostly when it comes to project delivery.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a project management role
• Degree level education, ideally in a related or adjacent field
• Confident manner when communicating with clients and team members
• Develop and manage project timelines and resource plans
• Help define scopes, goals, KPI’s and deliverables for projects

• Identify and manage potential project risks, issues, and dependencies where appropriate
• Knowledge of Jira, Asana, Airtable or similar project management tools
• Experience of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
