Phlo in Glasgow is hiring a Junior Product Owner to join our product team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers and designers to deliver digital products that meet patient needs and business goals.

You'll gain hands-on experience in product ownership, with support and regular feedback, and you’ll develop skills in backlog grooming, agile ceremonies, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making, with hybrid working in a collaborative

Formación

• Ideally, exposure to product, business analysis or delivery roles.
• Interest in agile ways of working and learning product planning.
• Clear communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Analytical mindset and use of user feedback to inform decisions.
• Curiosity to understand how products deliver value.

Responsabilidades

• Support the product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Testing to delivery work.
• Engage Clinical, Pharmacy and Marketing to gather requirements.
• Support discovery activities and shape product opportunities.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to inform decisions.
• Develop prioritisation and roadmap planning skills toward PO growth.
• Communicate progress and update documentation for the team.
