Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and prioritise work based on client feedback and data. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage the backlog and support cross-functional teams in delivering improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct user research, and participate in Agile planning to ensure timely and valuable product releases for a B2B client base in the SaaS space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating client needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience across multiple stages of the product lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with leadership and stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritise requirements through research, feedback and data.
• Translate needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog and make day-to-day prioritisation decisions.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on client needs and metrics.
• Communicate updates and engage internal and client-facing teams.
• Support development and engineering teams in delivering product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and Agile processes.
• Track progress, resolve blockers and support releases.
• Act as go-to contact for product questions and translate feedback into improvements.
• Monitor usage and analytics to drive product decisions.
