Greggs is hiring two Junior Product Managers to shape and deliver products for customers and colleagues. You will collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to define priorities, prepare work for development and ensure value is delivered.

The role emphasizes using customer insight, data and AI tools to guide decisions, with opportunities for learning, career growth and flexible working where possible. Base location is Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Own your product features end-to-end; shape solutions and outcomes.
• Gather feedback, conduct research, analyze data to identify needs.
• Define and prioritise product requirements; translate to user stories.
• Champion evidence-based decision making; balance customer needs and data.
• Work day-to-day with designers and engineers to improve products and UX.
• Continually test and improve products to deliver value with reliability.
• Use data and analytics to uncover insights and inform decisions with the Data team.
• Measure impact after launch to inform future priorities.
• Work in an AI-first way to support research, prototyping and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the evolution of product practices and ways of working.
• Build strong relationships across the business; communicate clearly.
