Job summary

Host Broadcast Services in London is seeking a Junior Producer to support the planning, development and delivery of non-live production projects for basketball content and broadcasts.

You will work with Senior Producers across all stages from pre-production to post-production, helping ensure content and media assets are delivered on time, with editorial and technical standards. This role requires at least three in-office days per week in Central London and international travel.

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in a production, broadcast, media or content environment, ideally within sport or events.
  • Good understanding of production workflows and media asset management.
  • Familiarity with production and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Prepare and maintain production documentation, presentations, guidelines and other project materials.

  • Work with external suppliers and production partners to support the creation and delivery of content.
  • Review content and deliverables against agreed editorial, technical and quality standards.
  • Support quality control processes and identify any issues or inconsistencies for review by Senior Producers.

Are you an organised and proactive production professional with a passion for sport?

At HBS, the Junior Producer supports the planning, development and delivery of non-live production projects, contributing to the creation of content for broadcast and digital platforms. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Producers and the wider production team across all stages of production, from pre-production through to post-production.

You’ll support production coordination, content planning, documentation and quality control, helping to ensure content and media assets are delivered accurately, consistently and on time.

Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips).
