Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Coordinator to join our procurement team. This role is ideal for a bright graduate or someone with office experience ready to move into a commercially focused position.

No prior procurement experience is required. You will learn purchasing processes, coordinate suppliers, and support internal teams to keep activities running smoothly, gaining valuable business skills.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Basic Excel proficiency and data handling capability.
• Confidence in communication and a helpful approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers and support internal teams to keep purchasing activities running smoothly.
• Work closely with Head of Procurement and colleagues across purchasing, finance, warehouse, sales, and customer support.
• Communicate with external suppliers and develop commercial awareness.
