Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Junior Procurement Administrator at our Exmoor House Head Office. This permanent, full-time role supports the Agri Procurement team with data, systems and supplier coordination to keep raw materials flowing to feed mills.

The role reports to the Head of Agri Procurement and offers exposure to procurement processes, contract record maintenance and reporting across the business. 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or office-based experience.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working with data and numerical information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of raw material purchasing contracts and maintain accurate records.
• Update procurement systems and ensure contract information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor contract balances and assist with delivery scheduling.
• Produce reports and maintain procurement data to support business decisions.
• Resolve supplier, contract and invoice queries in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Procurement and Logistics teams.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient supply of raw materials into our feed mills.
