Job summary

Eleven in Oxfordshire is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join a fast-paced clean tech start-up. You will help develop and scale new processes, working closely with R&D and engineering teams to move technologies from lab to pilot and commercial scale.

The role focuses on hands-on development, process optimisation and testing, supporting the transition from R&D to production as products progress toward commercialisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
• Experience in R&D, product development or process development.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimisation and scale-up of new processes and products.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams.
• Hands-on development, process improvement, testing and transition of technologies from R&D into pilot and commercial-scale production.
