You’ll start with a 4-week training programme delivered by experienced professionals, with no training fees and no repayment clauses. Post-academy, you’ll join our consultant talent pool for opportunities with clients. You must be located in Newcastle (or relocate) and be SC eligible; previous PMO experience is not

• Some exposure to technology, digital, data, or business systems through education, self‑directed learning, bootcamps, apprenticeships, work experience, or previous roles
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to analyse information, follow processes, and solve problems logically
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
