Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and analytical support to IT projects within the PMO.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including risk registers, action logs, and governance reports.
• Assist in tracking project budgets, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or Waterfall.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and project status reporting.
• Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, ensuring proactive management.
• Contribute to process improvements within the PMO, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience supporting IT projects within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks, governance, and project methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Understanding of risk management, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, or P3O (preferred but not essential).
• Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in financial regulations and compliance considerations within IT projects.
