Job summary

Astute People is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager for its High Wycombe office to support a portfolio of ground-mounted solar sites. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and help plan resources, track progress, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget in a fast-paced renewables environment.

The role requires good IT skills, experience in project coordination, a full UK driving licence, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar junior project management role, ideally within renewables or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with project management tools.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance and Health & Safety principles.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities across a portfolio of ground-mounted solar sites using project management tools.
• Plan, define and coordinate project resource requirements.
• Ensure resources are delivered on time, in the right condition, and within budget.
• Oversee the work of Project Assistants based in India.
• Lead client satisfaction reviews and produce management reports.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety, and environmental standards.
• Work in line with the company's Integrated Management System to support quality and HSE objectives.
