Job summary

Planit Consulting in Godalming, Surrey, seeks a motivated Junior Town Planner (up to 3 years' experience) to join our friendly team. You will work on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, supporting planning appraisals, research and reports, with site visits and client meetings.

The role offers opportunities for professional development toward MRTPI within a supportive team. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years' relevant planning experience.
• A good understanding of the UK planning system.
• Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for professional development towards MRTPI.
• A full UK driving licence.
