Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Junior Pizza Chef. You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, creating sourdough pizzas with care and consistency. You’ll work closely with a team to deliver fast, high-quality service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a busy pizzeria.

• Prepare and cook sourdough pizzas to high standards.
• Maintain fast, efficient service with your team.
• Handle dough, stretch bases, and top pizzas with fresh ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized from prep to service.

• £12.91 – 15.40 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £2.5 per hour on top of your pay)
