Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Junior Pizza Chef to be at the heart of our kitchen, creating sourdough pizzas that keep guests coming back. You will prepare and cook pizzas to perfection, maintain a clean, efficient station, and work closely with your team to deliver a fast service during peak hours.

We welcome applicants with some kitchen experience and a positive attitude. Full training will be provided for pizza specifics, with opportunities to grow your skills and careers within Franco Manca.

Responsibilities

• Create and cook sourdough pizzas to order.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, efficient service during busy periods.
• Prepare dough, stretch bases, and top pizzas with quality ingredients.
• Contribute to the Franco Manca vibe with energy and enthusiasm.

• £12.91 – 15.40 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £2.5 per hour on top of your pay)
