We reserve the right to close this role early should vacancies be filled before the closing date.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Location Shooting: Travel across Trust school sites to capture high-quality raw photo and video footage following pre‑agreed briefs.

  • Equipment & Setup: Safely transport, set up, and dismantle indoor and outdoor studio equipment (lights, backdrops, stands, and props).

  • Asset Management: Efficiently organise, cull, back up, and upload unedited media files to central cloud storage for final processing.

  • Safeguarding & Logistics: Work strictly in line with Trust safeguarding and media consent policies while maintaining a warm, professional, and patient manner with pupils and staff.

What We Are Looking For
  • Technical & Organisational Skills: Basic capability operating camera/video equipment with a good understanding of camera settings, framing, and cloud file management.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow clear creative briefs accurately.

  • Flexibility & Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel across multiple Trust sites (mileage expenses reimbursed).

  • Safeguarding Commitment: A genuine commitment to protecting and safeguarding children and young people.

  • Qualifications: GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). A Level / Level 3 in Photography or Media is desirable.

In return we offer a great benefits package that consists of:

  • Travel/mileage expense reimbursement for site visits

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Employee Assistance programme

  • Annual Health Checks

  • Flexible working considered
