Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with weekly/monthly payroll processing
  • Processing timesheets and maintaining records
  • Managing expense accounts
  • Data entry into payroll systems
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory payroll requirements
  • Assisting with internal and payroll audits as needed
  • Performing other finance-related duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous demonstrable experience in a payroll position (desirable)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll databases, and payroll software
  • Numerate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

In return, you will receive a permanent, full-time position with an annual salary of circa £30,000, depending on skills and experience, along with company benefits.

This role is based in modern offices in Bangor, Gwynedd, near the beautiful North Wales coast and the Snowdonia mountain range.
