Qualifications

• Strong understanding of optomechanical systems and alignment techniques.
• High level of precision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 13485, GMP) and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise mechanical and optical assembly operations with tight-tolerance integration.
• Conduct detailed in-process inspections and verifications to ensure compliance with specs.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation of assembly processes and test results.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor new technicians in advanced assembly techniques and standard work.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
