This onsite role offers full training and a structured start in the medical device industry, with a clear path to develop logistics and data-handling skills. You will handle shipping and intake activities, collaborate across departments, and ensure quality system compliance while delivering reliable service to patients and customers.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training in medical device operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Patch device shipping, receiving processing and data uploading.
• Inter-departmental communication.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements.
• Proactive project work to improve service offering.
• Pick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Receiving deliveries and loading into correct stock location.
• Completing and maintaining all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systems.
• Verifies the accuracy of the data and initiates corrections when needed.
• Affixes shipping labels, identifying information, onto packed cartons or containers, as required.
• Receiving and processing of the patch device.
• Patch data upload and manually entering patient information provided.
• Completing and maintaining all associated intake documentation and systems.
• Communicating with Management any potential system or device issues or risk.
• Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data.
