Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for a regulated medical device manufacturing site in the UK. You will lead manufacturing, quality, goods in/out, and inventory control while ensuring ISO compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, partner with senior leaders on growth goals, and develop high-performing site teams to sustain excellence across operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Operations leadership in medical device manufacturing, pharma or similarly regulated manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of ISO framework adherence, internal/external audits, and quality-led manufacturing practices.
• Proven track record of managing operations across manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and quality functions.
• Hands-on experience embedding Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement practices into operational culture.
• A grounded, present leader who thrives on daily collaboration with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site health and safety, ops performance, and team development.
