Job Description

This role of Junior Operational Excellence Engineer is to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving processes, practices, and skills to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role involves driving change through people and processes to advance the business.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Contributing to and supporting change initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, or systems, ensuring successful adoption across the organisation.
2. Identifying and mitigating operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls.
3. Embedding best practices into standard work and sharing them across the network.
4. Providing training and support on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
5. Leading or participating in ad hoc projects as required.

Who You Are

• Experience supporting cross-functional change projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Manufacturing best practices in line with H&S are preferred but not essential.
• Lean Six Sigma training is preferred.
