As a Junior Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, responsible for handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations smooth and efficient. Your duties will include answering the office phone, managing incoming post, and providing essential support to our administrative team on ad hoc tasks. You will prepare sales figures, update spreadsheets, compile information for our customers, and assist in raising jobs as required. Your role will also involve compiling quotations for our Operations and Sales teams, ensuring our administrators have the support they need, and managing general office duties to create a productive work environment.

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position.

Junior Office Administrator Requirements

  • GCSE/College or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
