Position Overview:

The Office Admin will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and helping with various tasks across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and develop their administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle general office administrative duties including answering calls, emails, and managing correspondence
  2. Organize and maintain office files and documentation
  3. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  4. Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
  5. Support Team and other office tasks as needed
  6. Assist with data entry and report generation
  7. Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  6. Prior office experience is a plus but not required

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary from minimum wage to £14.50
