The opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior New Product Developer - Maternity Cover to join our NPD team. The role will report to the Lead New Product Developer.

What are key duties of the role?

• Support concept generation with trend research and mood boards
• Assist in competitor analysis and sales presentation updates
• Contribute to project coordination across internal teams and suppliers
• Help maintain accurate records in product systems (e.g., BeCPG)
• Assist in sample management, licensor approval tasks, and packaging copy reviews
