Job summary

Options is seeking a network engineer in Belfast to manage and secure the Options network infrastructure. You will work with a global team to implement changes, onboard new clients, and deliver features on the PIPE platform while supporting production issues.

The Role

The role requires a flexible, engineer who is capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced service provider environment, is keen to learn and has the right attitude. Teamwork and ability to work on own initiative is imperative for the role. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience with different technologies across a variety of vendor’s equipment.

We’re looking for someone who has technical proficiency in:

• A good knowledge of Routing & Switching to a CCNA level or higher.
• A good attitude and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn in a fast pace working environment.
• CCNA certification, Linux and Python skills are looked upon favourably.

Typical Job Duties Would Include
