As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor at Cubaka, you will:
Design and animate engaging motion graphics assets tailored to B2B social platforms.
Edit short-form video content, including expert interviews, product explainers, and case studies.
Support senior creatives with concept development, storyboarding, and production.
Rework and reformat existing creative assets into dynamic content across multiple formats.
Collaborate with account teams and strategists to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.
Stay on top of motion trends, emerging tools, and creative techniques — always pushing your craft forward.
You will bring:
1+ years of experience (agency, freelance, or internship) in motion graphics and video editing.
A portfolio or showreel that showcases creative thinking, technical ability, and a strong grasp of design and motion principles.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
A keen focus on layout, pacing, typography, and clean visual storytelling.
An interest in B2B communication — and the creative challenge of simplifying complex topics into compelling content.
