Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT, based in London, is seeking a Junior Merchandiser for the Wholesale Channel to optimise inventory levels and predict demand across multiple channels. The role covers forward buys, planning, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Retail to maximise sales and maintain product consistency.

You will manage replenishment for D2C channels, budgets and markdowns to meet targets, and you will lead trade meetings while building stock reports and relationships with partners to improve

Qualifications

• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Numerical with proficient knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Able to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seasonal forward buys from range planning to submission.
• Analyse sales history and forecasts to determine SKU count and align goals with Sales.
• Manage in-season call-offs to ensure stock for sales and performance.
• Lead weekly trade meetings and produce stock status and seasonal buys reports.
• Develop and maintain replenishment plans with Sales and key customers.
• Collaborate on monthly drop plans with marketing and retail teams.
