Yours Clothing Limited is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to trade the business through effective stock planning, intake, allocations to stores, promotions and markdowns. You will assist in purchasing, intake and distribution across the UK to maximise sales and margin.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency and a good grasp of High Street fashion. A relevant degree or equivalent is preferred and you will work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams.

Qualificações

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Specific experience in fashion retail merchandising preferably within multi-brand environment.
• Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.
• Knowledge of High Street fashion and good commercial sense.
• Degree or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Trade the company through stock planning, intake, allocations to stores, sales, markdowns and promotions.
• Assist Merchandiser with purchasing, intake and distribution across the UK.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities or risks to sales and profit.
• Conduct regular store visits to gain feedback from staff and customers.
• Develop junior team members under guidance of Snr Merchandiser.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Analytics teams to maximise availability and margins.
• Manage range planning, depth/width, and supplier relationships.
