If you are an assistant merchandiser looking to make the step up or a junior merchandiser passionate about meeting customer demands, then this is the role for you!

The role involves achieving department KPIs in line with strategy, presenting department strategy every season in collaboration with the buyer and designer, and ensuring in-season activity delivers planned sales, margin, and terminal stock targets.

The ideal candidate will have negotiating and influencing skills, confidence in presenting, exposure to designing and signing off on ranges, and will be a team player who maintains good relationships with suppliers.

The role offers a salary of up to £39,000 for the right candidate and includes quarterly sample sales. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office 3 times a week.
