Are you looking to develop your career in BIM and Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects?

Our client is currently looking for a Junior to Intermediate CAD Technician (with at least 6 months experience using Revit within the Building Services / MEP sector).

Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, and ideally, some knowledge of Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting, and Power Services in 3D using Revit
• Drafting MEP Services in AutoCAD when required
• Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs
• Running Clash Detection of the MEP Services in Navisworks
• Learning to set up projects in Revit

Starting salary level dependent on experience and the level recruited for (trainee or intermediate technician).
