WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Junior Media Consultant is the first step on the career road at Abintus. You will be trained on the job and be expected to make an active contribution to the provision of services from an early stage. It is the level at which the employee discovers and familiarises themselves with media management best practices, our proprietary tools, and how to use them to service our clients.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our Senior Media Consultants to help them service our clients and grow the business
• Deliver outstanding analytical projects for our clients based on excellent data analysis and interpretation
• Learn with your mentor how to become a best-in-class media consultant
• Continually accumulate and develop advertising media knowledge and expertise

WHAT MUST YOU HAVE?

Basic Qualifications

• University Master Degree (2:1 degree or above) from a top 25 university
• Studies in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Impeccable written English with strong report writing experience or evidence of writing skills developed elsewhere
• Have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship – you will be helping to grow a start-up
• Be highly organised and can manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Execute your work with quality and care
• Embrace learning and are highly inquisitive
• Aren’t afraid of failing or not knowing the answer
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathise
• Have a strong moral compass
• Are competitive – you’ve excelled against your peers
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients from different countries and cultures
• Numerical skills & attention to details
• Foreign language skills, preferably major European
