Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mechanical design of building services, including HVAC systems.
• Prepare and develop drawings and technical documentation under supervision.
• Support Senior Engineers with design development and coordination.
• Participate in project meetings, liaising with the team and clients as required.
• Learn inhouse design systems and tools, including CAD and BIM workflows.

Skills

Basic understanding of mechanical building services principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Exposure to design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, IES or similar)

Awareness of British Standards

Sustainability frameworks (e.g., BREEAM or low-carbon design principles)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
