Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketplace Executive to support our Digital Commercial Growth team. You will help manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other strategic partners.

Working closely with the Marketplace Executive, you will assist with product setup, data entry, listing optimization, and daily account health tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in online marketplaces and retail e-commerce.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position so no previous experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and administrative tasks.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting and data manipulation.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and optimise product listings across marketplace platforms
• Enter product data and map product attributes within internal systems and marketplace feeds
• Review and enhance product content, including titles, descriptions, images, categories, and key product attributes
• Monitor marketplace portals daily and complete operational tasks to ensure account health and performance
• Log, track, and manage cases with marketplace support teams, including Amazon and eBay
• Support the management of marketplace‑specific email inboxes and ensure queries are responded to promptly
• Assist the Customer Service team with marketplace‑related enquiries and escalations
• Monitor product listing errors, suppressed listings, and setup issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them
• Assistwith onboarding new marketplace partners and marketplace initiatives

Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Junior Marketplace Executive to join our Digital Commercial Growth team. Supporting the Marketplace business, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other strategic partners

Working closely with the Marketplace Executive, you will support product setup, marketplace accountmanagementand operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in online marketplaces
