Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support for Industrial Validation / PPAP for customer projects
   • Process Flows
   • PFMEAs
   • Control Plans
   • Capability Studies
2. Creation & updates for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
3. Supporting Material Review Board (MRB)
   • Providing dispositions on parts
   • Creating rework instructions
4. Improvement of assembly processes through updating instructions and fixturing
5. Use of ERB systems
   • EFACS preferred
6. Ability to read engineering drawings with knowledge of machining processes
   • Preferably also familiar with special processes such as anodising, NDT, etc.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer Support should possess:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
