• Experience with lighting systems, plumbing, and BMS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance in a healthcare environment.
• Lighting maintenance including installation, fault-finding, and tests.
• Update and maintain log books; handle plumbing tasks as needed.

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Chelsea has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical OR Mechanical Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Chelsea. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

My client is willing to consider candidates with minimal commercial experience as long as you have the required qualifications, so this would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on 4 off, 7 am - 7 pm - DAYS ONLY




• Plenty of Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)




• Emergency lighting tests




• Control Panels




• Changing Ballast




• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)




• Maintain and update Log books




• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets




• Pumps, motors
