Job summary

Groovy Gecko is seeking an organised events producer to join our busy team in London. You will coordinate live, virtual and hybrid projects from brief to delivery, working closely with producers, technical teams, clients and suppliers to create exceptional experiences.

You'll manage schedules, logistics and on-site execution, with travel as needed. The role requires strong communication, proactivity and a detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event production, project coordination or similar role.
• Experience with live streaming and online video production.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and maintain timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client services.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning and management of live projects from concept to completion.
• Manage schedules, timelines and production documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support rehearsals, testing and on-site delivery of events.
• Assist with on-site production and event management.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure safety protocols.
• Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
• Travel nationally and internationally as required.
