Asda is looking for a Junior Product Developer to join our Lingerie, Swimwear and Beachwear team. You will support product development from concept through to production, ensuring fit, quality, value and compliance while collaborating with Design, Buying, Merchandising and our global suppliers.

This hands-on role suits someone with a foundation in garment technology who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-street retail environment and grow toward senior technical roles within our product

Qualificações

• Approximately two years' experience in garment technology or product development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and sizing.
• Knowledge of stretch fabrics, product testing and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support development from concept through to production, delivering fit, quality and value.
• Lead fit sessions and provide technical feedback to suppliers.
• Review specifications, testing and compliance requirements for safety and legality.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams to solve problems and manage critical paths.
• Use customer feedback and returns data to improve fit, quality and satisfaction.
• Support initiatives to improve product engineering, sustainability and speed to market.
