A leading law firm in the UK seeks a Training and Development Coordinator to enhance the skills of their fee-earning staff. This role involves delivering training for legal graduates, continuous development for existing employees, and collaboration with management to identify training needs. The ideal candidate will have a legal background and proven experience in personal injury law, along with strong IT and communication skills.
