Qualifications

• Legal degree or qualification from the UK or another jurisdiction.
• 2–3 years of experience handling commercial contracts.
• Track record of drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Understanding of UK GDPR and data protection in contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, partnership, and NDA agreements.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations.
• Review DPAs, support DPIAs, and handle data subject requests.
• Support investigations into disputes and input into tenders.
• Maintain legal playbooks and improve workflows.
