Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT seeks a Junior Ladieswear Designer for a hybrid role in London. You will support a fast-paced design studio on trend-driven collections and collaborate with senior designers, merchandisers, and offshore teams.

You will transform concepts into sketches, CADs, and tech packs using Illustrator and Photoshop, research seasonal trends, and maintain organized design files. A fashion design degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in ladieswear design with a supplier or retail side.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D/Browzwear familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in crafting cohesive ladieswear ranges across multiple product categories.
• Transform concepts into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Research seasonal trends and competitors to inform direction and innovation.
• Maintain organized design files, tech packs, and presentations that keep projects on track.
• Liaise with offshore manufacturing and merchandising teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent hands-on industry experience)
• Experience in Ladieswear Design with a supplier or retail side.
• A genuine passion for ladieswear design, exceptional attention to detail, and a hunger to learn
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
