Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Junior Casual Outerwear Designer - Womenswear in London to join a team focusing on casual outerwear for a leading high street supermarket brand.

This role offers a learning path into a new design area and a chance to contribute to seasonal collections that reflect current trends and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years' design experience.
• CAD experience.
• AI design experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop original outerwear designs, from initial concept to detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
• Collaborate with Far East factories.
• Fabric and trim selection to ensure both visual appeal and functional quality.
• Work closely with design team, account managers and product development teams to finalise collections and present to clients.
• Produce tech packs with precise specifications to guide production.
• Take part in fit sessions, making necessary design adjustments to meet fit and quality standards.
