Additionally, you will support food hygiene standards and health and safety compliance in line with legislation and company policies.
You will serve as a role model for Butlin’s unique working style, ensuring training schedules and performance development plans are in place for your team, inspiring them to deliver a great guest experience every time. You will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Our chefs are valued, and we believe our guests love returning to our restaurants. The ideal candidate will be fun, team-oriented, and committed to ensuring guests have a great time every visit.
Typical working hours are five days over seven, totaling 40 hours per week, with participation in a bonus scheme.
