Job summary

NRL Group in Dartford is recruiting a Junior IT Procurement Manager to support hardware, software and SaaS procurement, ensuring compliance, cost optimisation and strong vendor relationships.

You will review vendor agreements, negotiate pricing, monitor spends and work with IT governance, ITAM and SAM teams to manage contracts and lifecycle. The role requires practical procurement experience and a keen IT interest. This on-site position fosters collaboration across IT and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of IT categories and vendor operating models.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT contract management, SAM, and ITAM platforms.
• Experience in procurement or vendor roles, preferably in business partnering environments.
• Familiarity with cost optimisation and IT governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a champion for hardware, software, and SaaS solutions with up-to-date market and technical knowledge.
