Description
You will join CFC’s Platform Team, a growing business unit responsible for delivering on our digital distribution strategy and increasing the proportion of business written through online channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to API integrations and digital partnerships, supporting the adoption and expansion of CFC’s online capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with the Integrations Analyst, playing a key role in managing day-to-day technical queries and concerns from our integration partners. You will provide first-line support to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams to resolve challenges, and ensure a seamless integration experience for our partners. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding process for new integrations, helping to streamline setup, testing, and deployment.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career with some exposure to insurance, particularly in administration, operations, or support. No technical experience is required, but an interest in digital platforms and integrations is beneficial. Training and hands-on experience will be provided to develop your technical knowledge and skills.
About the role
- Support the Integration Analyst with day to day technical queries and issues
- Issue logging within the ticketing platform
- Initial triage of tickets and escalate where required
- Assisting the Integration Analyst in coordinating new API integrations.
- Handling administration and onboarding for new API activations within existing integrations.
- Keeping accurate records of integration activity within project management tools
- Integration testing
- Reporting and analysis trends on reoccurring issues
About you
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Basic understanding of insurance processes and the policy lifecycle.
- Willingness to learn about APIs and digital integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is beneficial but not essential.
- Solid business and technical acumen
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
- Ability to grasp new systems and processes quickly.
