We’re a fractional CISO team supporting high-growth businesses across the UK, and we’re hiring a Junior Information Security Analyst to join us. This role is perfect for someone early in their cyber career — whether you're a current student, recent graduate, or an IT professional looking to pivot into cybersecurity.

You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting client-facing security and compliance activities while gaining direct experience with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, and Cyber Essentials.

We work closely with businesses, so we need someone hands-on, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in—someone who’s just as comfortable liaising with clients as they are updating a risk register. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain compliance and security platforms (e.g. Vanta, Adoptech, Drata, KnowBe4, Cybsafe, TPRM)
• Support client compliance efforts aligned with ISO 27001, SOC2, Cyber Essentials, and NIST CSF
• Help manage third-party risk, awareness training, and internal control tracking
• Prepare reports, update documentation, and coordinate follow-ups with clients
• Work with templates, checklists, dashboards, and evidence packs
• Learn directly from a practising fractional CISO on active client engagements

About You

• Based in the UK and eligible for UK security clearance
• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related field
• OR: Experience in IT and looking to transition into cybersecurity
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to get hands-on across tools and tasks
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients
• Enthusiastic about learning ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials and GRC tools
