QED Legal is assisting a modern, ambitious law firm in Manchester’s Spinningfields district to recruit a Junior Real Estate Solicitor. This role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two at home, dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property, with strong communication and client relationship skills. A clear path for progression and mentoring are provided.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 1-3 years' PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions under supervision.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own files with mentoring from a senior solicitor on a varied real estate caseload.
• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals, and development transactions.
• Assist with landlord and tenant matters, leases, and property finance.
• Develop client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.
