Job summary

Juice Recruitment are supporting a growing company in Cheltenham with the appointment of a Junior HR Assistant to join an experienced HR team.

You will develop practical HR support across a diverse client portfolio, handle documentation, DBS checks, candidate communications, and help manage HR systems as your experience grows.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, policies and employee correspondence.
• Supporting clients with employee engagement surveys, exit interviews and employee feedback.
• Coordinating DBS checks, credit checks, references and other pre-employment screening.
• Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance across a range of employee relations matters.
• Supporting managers and business owners with practical HR advice and guidance.
• Assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of HR systems.
• Acting as a point of contact for HR systems-related queries.
• Supporting the development and management of HR resources, templates and guidance for clients.
• Assisting with a variety of HR projects as your experience develops.
• Building positive relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service.

DAY TO DAY:
