• Approximately two years+ UK HR experience in the media, advertising or creative industries.
• Interest in Learning and Development.
• Curiosity about digital tools, including AI, to improve ways of working responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding from job description to offer.
• Maintain L&D records and coordinate training bookings.
• Assist with payroll, benefits and HR administration and record-keeping.
• Respond to routine employee queries on benefits and People & Culture processes.
• Provide first-line guidance to managers and employees on policies and escalate complex issues.
• Support well-being, retention and development initiatives.
