Elite Renewables is recruiting a Junior Heat Pump Installation Engineer to join a growing renewable energy specialist delivering high-quality heat pump installations across London and the South East. You will work alongside experienced engineers on bespoke air source and ground source systems.

Qualifications

• Background in plumbing, heating or mechanical engineering.
• NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent desirable.
• Some experience with domestic heating systems.
• Strong practical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen to develop a career in heat pumps and renewable heating.
• Good customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of air source and ground source heat pumps.
• Install cylinders, pumps, valves and associated heating equipment.
• Support pipework, radiator and heating system upgrades.
• Assist with flushing, filling and pressure testing systems.
• Work from drawings and installation specifications.
• Support commissioning and system handover.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Learn from experienced renewable heating engineers.
• Develop knowledge across MVHR, solar and wider renewable systems.
