Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Junior Geotechnical Engineer with a geotechnical engineering background and a clear path to Senior level. The role is Milton Keynes-based with site travel and a focus on development within a growing geotechnical team.

You will support geotechnical and site investigation projects across rail, energy and highways, with a fast progression route to Senior/Project Engineer and access to funded training and 1-to-1 leadership coaching.

Are you a recent graduate with a geotechnical engineering background who is looking for a role that can give them clear and fast levels of progression to Senior level and beyond?

The company are a well-established service provider to the ground investigation industry, delivering geotechnical and site investigation drilling across borehole drilling, groundwater installations, CBR testing, soakaways, concrete coring and structural investigation. Working across rail, energy and highways, they have ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years creating real opportunities for the right people to step up as the business expands.

The ideal candidate will have a background in geotechnical engineering with at least 1 years' experience post studies. They must hold a full driving license and be commutable to Milton Keynes.

The Role:

• Supporting geotechnical and site investigation projects across multiple sectors

• Monday to Friday, 45 hours + overtime and alternate weekend availability
